Pan Dulce Tours is owned and operated by Kittitian, Javed Thomas. Javed is well versed and traveled within the Caribbean, though he is born and raised Kittitian and currently lives on the island with his wife and their children. St. Kitts and the neighboring island of Nevis make up the independent country, which is one of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles.
